On behalf of the Western Society of Periodontology (WSP), you are invited to become an exhibitor at our 71st Annual Scientific Session. The event will take place at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge, Phoenix, AZ September 8-10, 2023.

WSP has sold out its exhibit halls for eight straight years and has grown dramatically with dental professionals. Based on our most recent meetings, we can expect more than 500 attendees consisting of periodontists, general/restorative dentists, and dental hygienists. Don’t let the name fool you! Although WSP was founded by a small group of periodontists 71 years ago, our mission is to work collaboratively with our general dentist and hygienist colleagues As such, our selection of world-class speakers will educate, entertain and energize ALL attendees.

Again we will include the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry’s Annual Session.  This Year the AzDHA Impact Conference will be partnered with the Western Dental Hygiene Symposium. We are excited to continue to offer hands-on classes in addition to our lecture presentations on digital dentistry. Our program speakers include World Class Periodontists, Restorative Dentists, Implantologists and Dental Hygienists.  Furthermore, we will continue to offer focused 3 days of dental hygiene presentations by offering our Western Region Hygiene Symposium with nationally known and recognized dental hygiene clinicians. This promises to be a dynamic and informative educational program worthy of your time and effort. Much thought was put into benefits for our corporate sponsors. Collaboration involves health care professionals and corporations that go out of their way to help organized dentistry. We encourage our members throughout the year to support those who support us.

To assure you have an exhibit please sign up the earliest possible time. Each exhibitor will have the opportunity to interact throughout the weekend with attendees. Exhibits are arranged in the area where attendees have their meals and refreshments. “Basic sponsor” fee is $3,500. This includes additional benefits with your ability to select your location. Titanium sponsors will be prominently recognized during the program. There are also additional sponsorship opportunities which can bring recognition to your company. These include breakfast, breaks, lunch, cocktail reception, a spousal event and a silent auction. The WSP is a purely educational organization and its main objective is to promote and facilitate the exchange of scientific information among all professionals involved in periodontal and implant care; the periodontist, restorative dentist, and dental hygienist. The organization recognizes the importance of and seeks partnerships with the corporate sector in order to enhance the delivery of continuing education programs.
