Ziv Mazor
DMD
Prof. Ziv Mazor is one of Israel’s leading periodontists. He graduated from the periodontal department at the Hadassah School for Dental Medicine in Jerusalem, where he served as a clinical instructor and lecturer for undergraduate and postgraduate dental students. Since 1993, Prof. Mazor has been engaged in clinical research in the field of Bone Augmentation and Sinus Floor Elevation. He is currently participating in the quest for improving and evaluating new grafting materials, using various growth factors as well as researching “osseodensification”- a paradigm shift in dental implantology.
Sundeep R. Rawal

Dr. Sundeep Rawal is Senior Vice President, Implant Support Services for Aspen Dental. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, USA in 2006 and completed his training in Prosthodontics at the University of California San Francisco in 2009 where he was exposed to the most current technologies shaping dentistry. He has worked extensively to utilize CAD/CAM technologies within the scope of clinical dentistry and enhance his patients’ restorative treatments. Dr. Faraj Edher is a Prosthodontist focused on full mouth rehabilitations, aesthetic transformations and implant reconstructions using the most advanced digital technology. He is the Director of the Digital Dentistry Institute - a global continuing education organization. In addition to practicing full time in Vancouver, Dr. Edher is a Clinical Assistant Professor and guest lecturer at the University of British Columbia and has published research and articles on topics such as dental implants and digital dentistry.

Dr. Rebekka Hueber is the leader of the dental department and accredited specialist in biological dentistry at the Swiss Biohealth Clinic in Switzerland. She graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich, Germany and completed the four-year and recognized specialization as a specialist dentist for oral surgery, biological dentistry and zirconia implant. Dr. Hueber is a well respected international lecturer, key opinion leader, and educator in the application of ceramic implants and biological dentistry and is an author of several articles and publications in recognized journals.

Dr. Nevins serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Nevins is in the private practice of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Boston, Massachusetts and is Assistant Clinical Professor of Oral Medicine, Infection and Immunity at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Nevins graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and a Master of Medical Sciences in Oral Biology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
Michael Sonick

Dr. Michael Sonic is an internationally-known, highly-regarded authority in the field of dental implantology and periodontology. A full-time practicing periodontist in Fairfield, Connecticut, he is also a frequent guest lecturer in the international program at New York University School of Dentistry and the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Dr. John Russo is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of dentistry. He completed his periodontal training and earned a Master in Health Sciences degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He is in private practice in Sarasota, FL and is a clinical assistant professor at the Medical University of South Carolina in the Division of Periodontics. He is in the twentieth consecutive year as course director for a hands-on cadaver bone and soft tissue grafting course held at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is a Past President of the Southern Academy of Periodontology.

Professor Emeritus, University of Florida, College of Dentistry; Associate faculty member of the Pankey Institute with 30 years of private practice experience in periodontics, lasers and implant placement. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and past President of the American Academy of Periodontology. He is a current Board of Director of the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
