EXHIBIT AT THE 2020 Western Region Dental Hygiene Symposium

WESTERN SOCIETY OF PERIODONTOLOGY

The Western Society of Periodontology (WSP) has a longstanding reputation as an organization dedicated to supporting the education and advancement of all dental team members—periodontists, restorative dentists, and dental hygienists. With the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes, the WSP has been the fastest growing Periodontal organization in America. In the last four years, throughout the West Coast, the WSP has sold out some of the most highly regarded dental hygiene meetings in the country. Record numbers of periodontists and general dentists have attended due to the quality of these team focused, clinically relevant programs. On the heels of this success, the WSP is joining with the Nevada Dental Hygien- ists’ Association to launch the First Annual Western Region Dental Hygiene Symposium in Scottsdale, AZ September 4-6, 2020.

I am honored to serve as Chair of the Advisory Committee for this new symposium along with many well-known dental hygienists, such as Kathleen Hodges, RDH, MS; Susan Wingrove, RDH; and Tricia Osuna, RDH, BSDH, FAADH, among others. Our aim is to provide high-quality, evidence-based courses with an emphasis on practical implementation—an approach proven very popular among all clinicians, not just dental hygienists. The event will include both periodontist speakers, including Thomas Kepic, DDS, MSD; Larry Ambrose, DDS, MS; and Dean Ahmad, DDS, as well as dental hygienist speakers, such as myself, Jodi Deming, RDH, MS; Michelle Strange, RDH, BHS, MSDH, Ms. Osuna; and Ms. Wingrove, to name just a few. Along with these lectures, we are excited to offer an abundance of hands-on workshops.

We are all united in our mission to improve the periodontal health of patients across the United States. Offering this type of engaging and rigorous education can make the difference in the quality of care provided by oral health professionals. As such, we’d love to partner with you to make the Annual Western Region Dental Hygiene Symposium a success.

The exhibit hall will be strategically placed in the area where attendees enjoy their meals and breaks, and opportunities for collaboration between vendors and attendees will be plentiful. There are several different levels of support; however, we have a limited number of corporate sponsorship and booth spaces available, so we encourage you to act quickly.

Additional details accompany this letter, and we hope you will consider our invitation to not only reach your dental hygiene customers in a meaningful way, but also to support the level of patient care currently being provided.

WSP's Executive Director, Todd Goldman, would love to connect with you: 813.444.1014 or tgoldman@wsperio.org if you need additional information.

Warm Regards,
Anna M. Pattison
