Infection Prevention – Close To Perfection What’s Required For Regulation Compliance
COURSE DESCRIPTON:
This course will provide current information and guidelines for the safe treatment of patients and the protection of dental professionals. Infection Control recommendations and guidelines from OSAP, CDC, OSHA and various resources will be presented and discussed. Infection control review with the office team aids in follow-through in the office on a day-to-day basis as well as the development of office systems. Each participant will leave with a wealth of references to utilize in the establishment of office protocols. Let’s talk about what the recommendations/guidelines advise should be done then evaluate what we are currently doing!

Dr Levine has 18 years of experience in the laser arena, both in academic and private practice. He is also the co-developer of the first accepted laser curriculum at an
accredited US Dental School. Dr Levine is presently the Director of Laser Dentistry at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ASDOH), where he provides clinical hands-on training to students and post-graduate residents. He also works heavily in the Special Care Dentistry arena where he applies his skill and use of technology to this special group of patients. Dr Levine sees the need for introducing to the dental profession a comprehensive pathway to laser technologies. Dr Birdi is the co-founder of the Digital Dentistry Institute which is a global learning organization for his fellow dentists, and one of the largest dental educational organizations in North America.
